Family Survey 2015 Results Published: Autumn 2015
Optima Care’s Autumn newsletter includes the overall findings from our annual Family Survey. It also includes information on our recent partnership working forum – a cross industry initiative that is helping to inform both the provider response to NHS England’s ‘Transforming Care’ programme and the nationwide Recovery & Outcomes groups in their implementation of My Shared Pathway.
